Cocos island in second life
Cocos Island, a real island paradis is between Costa Rica and the Galápagos (Central Eastern Tropical Pacific).
With over 47 square kilometers ad 25 kilometers of coastline the paradisiac island is located two hundred and seventy miles Southeast of Costa Rica in Cetral America.
Cocos Island National Park is a unique oceanic island. It is the only emerged volcanic peak of the Cocos underwater ridge.
Cocos island is an uninhabited island oasis and the New Natural 7 Wonders of Nature nominee for Costa Rica, will premiere in the virtual world of Second Life® (SL) as the first replicated island built on Second Life (launched February 7, 2009, will be the first in a series of initiatives sponsored by the Costa Rica Tourist Board (ITC). Costa Rica uses virtual worlds to promote tourism and environmental care and The Costa Rica sims are very popular in Secod Life. Thakn you for let me know it, Isadora :)
There are a lot of betifuel COsta Rica sims in Second Life, but Cocos Island is, maybe, the number one for the people.
