* Residential use only

* Go to a vacant skybox, if you like it, pay the rent box and move in today!

** to TP to a vacant rental:
1) click its corresponding button.
2) open your Chat Window (Ctrl-H) and click on the blue link you received for it.

* Only L$50/week for your own skybox – use up to 20 prims for fun & stuff
>> If you are here using your skybox… it’s usually ok to go a LITLLE over for a few hours.
>> Just pick up the extras and stay at 20 or under when you’re done
>> otherwise I’ll have to auto-return items to your inventory , all or some… at my choosing.
>> You & I both get an IM if you go over limit and the info cube in your skybox starts spinning.

* Built-in skybox control pad which includes:
>> texture controller to change the scenery, walls, & floors…
>> built-in Security System (accessible only to Resident1 & Resident2 – On/Off, Pass-List, special Quick-Alert menu)
>> prim use monitor (press that button to see how many prims you’re using at that moment)
>> TP pod to quickly get to ground level

NOTE: No tv or media stream services availables in place.

* Optional 2nd floor with built in Teleporter.
You will receive it as a Welcome gift after rent the sxkybox (check your inventory)
(simply rez it on your skybox floor and it will automatically move itself into place.)

* Join the “Ami Rents!” group in order to rez prims & Set Home Here. Well, may the owner is online whenyou join and help you doing it. Great service, Ami! :)
>> after rent is paid, use your SL browser to “Set Home To Here” while in your skybox. <<< >> once set just press “Ctrl-Shift-H” to return to your skybox.
>> or use the LM in your “New Renter’s Welcome Folder”

* A second resident (or more) can be added to each skybox.
>> when rent term is active, press the little rent info cube for instructions.

* Get the notecard of the community’s rules
*** “Join Group” & “Community Rules” signs are in the ground level rent office ***

*** Same great place, Your choice of prim use ***
L$ 50 wk – 20 prims
L$ 75 wk – 30 prims
L$100 wk – 40 prims

>> Rent boxes are pre-set at $50, IM the rental service owner if you need one of the higher amounts.

Spacious and nice -see the price-, but with 20 prims you maybe think dont have enought for really enjoy your rental. Just for dress ot set a home landmark, there are anothers really cheapest rentals services (see our Second life cheapest rentals ).
Bur if .and only IF) you have a 4 prims longue (check our First day in Second life tutorial guide) or some similar low prim furniture (there are some high price and amazing furniture whit just 8 prims inSL),so, yes is a great way to cheap rents in SL. Amazing price and limited but full fun, if you have the right furniture (or personal balls,etc).

Not only afordable, but really enjoyable SL cheap rent with the “must have” low prim furniture.
