*Please, note, in almost all rentals, dont hope a full Hilton service. Check careful the amount of prims because perphads you cannot do it all things you think. Maybe you can just dressing, unpack boxes, set your home/business adress (read every rental service notecard).

At only 20L a week these are almost the cheapest skyboxes you will find anywhere in Second Life and they’re still spacious and can be individually decorated! With an 8 prim limit you can put up a picture, chair, posestand… or use it to unpack shopping, leave your xstreet box or get changed in privacy!

Not to mention the MLP (Multi-love-position) bed! (which could cost you a lot if bought yourself!) Come see for yourself :)

USAGE
All SKy Boxes are for Personal Use Only.
GROUP
To Temp Rez items here (clothes boxes etc) you will need to join The Amigo’s Beach Group – Use the Sign on the Beach to Join.
To Permanently Rez items (furniture etc.) you will need a tag from Amigo Sands,
Set your Tag to the group before rezzing items, failure to do so will result in your items being automatically returned by the sim.
SPACE USE
You may place items anywhere within the Space, but any items protruding into pathways or through walls will be returned.
PRIM LIMITS
Please make sure that you stay within your prim limits. If prim limits are exceeded you will receive a warning from the Prim Monitor, failure to reduce your prim usage will result in excessive items being Automatically returned.

4.-Art colonial rentals,Green room 25 lindens/week

The Green Room Rentals are a special low cost rentals. It give you a place to change in private in your own space.

Please note because the low cost of these rentals, no support will be offered . If you questions aren’t answered in this notecard (and the tenant one your receive after renting)…please check the secondlife.com website for answers. The landlord will not answer support IMs from tenants in the Green Room Rentals, unless for special reasons.

ALSO:
- Prims can not be placed in these special changing room only rentals. (if you need to place things, please rent another one of our units).
- No Scripts or objects causing lag.

RENT IS REFUNDABLE, simply click the rental box and choose “refund” on the menu. Note: there is an admin surcharge.

5.-PT Holding, skybox 20 Lindens / week

L$20 per week
10 prims
Maximum 2 Avi’s per apartment

You get, a cheap, one room skybox. A place to change clothes, and just enough prims to open inventory. Temporary prim overages are alright, as long as you’re not disturbing your neighbors ability to rez objects.

Please do your part to keep lag to a minimum.
No shouting please. Your neighbors will here you, and it’s just unneccesary.
