RATCATCHERS SKYBOXES

Ratcatchers Skyboxes have luxury Skyboxes, Sky Castles and Ground Castles in Ratcatchers Hide and Demondrille regions.

The Skybox looks exactly the same as the rental office in Ratcatchers Hide, except fro the office tools, and the Castles look like the office in Demondrille.
The Ground Castle and the Sky Castle are the same, except for the steps outside the door (the Sky Castle has a terrace instead).
You can have more prims at the price of 150 Lindens/week for every 100 more prims, if there are prims available.
You have to pay a fee to join the group (50 lindens), but the rental box will refund you the first time you click it with your group tag on.

Click a notecard giver to get a more detailed notecard about each unit.

There is a small Pier where the tenants can rez their boat.

HOW TO RENT
=========
Pay the rental box and after a while you will get the Landmark.
It may take a while, in the meantime pay attention to the message window (Ctrl+H), you will read some additional instructions, such as how to join the group.

WHEN YOU ARE HOME
=============
When you get the Landmark, the rental box is in your unit and you can teleport there.
Click the rental box with the group tag on to have back the group fee. From now on, click it to have the tenant menu and manage the furniture and the security.
Pay again the rental box to extend your rental, one week at a time.
IMPORTANT: If the rental time expires you have no longer access to your unit. THERE IS NO DELAY.

FURNITURE AND PRIMS
=============
Your unit comes with some basic furniture so that you need not buy your own in a hurry. You can delete part of the furniture or restore the original set by mean of the Furniture menu of the rental box. Delete the items you don’t want to keep and you will gain the corresponding prims. The basic turniture set uses part of the prims that come with your unit.
When you add or remove pieces of furniture the prims counter will update immediately, otherwise it updates every 6 hours.
You will get an IM at any counter update if you have more prims than allowed. You can buy more prim (if available) at a price of 150L for each 100 prims: send a message to the owner for that.

SECURITY
======
When an avatar shows up you can either allow him for a given time, or eject. You will get a blue menu for that.
There is no way to add an avatar in his absence.
Open the tenant menu to manage your security. The following commands are available:
List: print the list of allowed avatars
Open: let the allowed avatars stay in your skybox when you are not there
Close: also the allowed avatars are ejected when you are not there (WARNING: if you crash your visitors get ejected)
Start: start the detector
Stop: stop the detector (everyone is allowed)
AutoEject: all unknown visitors are ejected automatically (without asking)
ManualEject: when an unknown visitor arrives a blue dialog will ask you what to do
Reset: Reset the allowed avatar list (WARNING: in AutoEject mode, if you have visitor they will be ejected)
Done: Close the blue dialog doing nothing.
If you don’t press any button, or press the button Ignore, a timeout will occur and the dialog will no longer have affect. You will be asked again after a while.

RADIO AND TV
========
You can deed your own radio and tv to the group. When you do that please remember that:
- You can’t move the radio or tv after deeding, so find a good position before deeding
- You can’t have it back. Only the group owner can give it back to you.
- You can’t edit its internal notecards, so do all the settings before deeding
At the end of the rental you will have your radio and/or tv back if it is TRANSFER.

THE GROUP
=======
You can invite your friend to the group. The will have to pay the fee and won’t be refunded.
Please do inform the group owner if you invite someone, so they won’t be ejected until you leave.

This is a great price for a good skybox just 375 lindens for 250 prims (and basic furniture included)
