Sierra rentals: Skyboxes for rent

Sierra Rentals offers in Second Life secure, lag-free skybox living filled with pleasure and privacy. The sxyox include a full operative bed, a nice tv/video service with several options (see down).

The security fine is a first line service and runs fine. You can add or ban (eject) people easily and securilly.

Each skybox is beautifully furnished and ready to move into. The property supports a variable total amount of 180 , which provides a variable amount of prims for your own use. Residents may request any of the existing furniture to be removed to free additional prims or if you prefer to use your own furniture.

On most of the skyboxes, additional prims can be requested for a e additional fee.

Each Skyox includes:

- Scripted bed

- Scripted hot tub

- @HOMEntertainment Media System

- Radio with 30+ stations

- Lighting Control

- Door Lock System

- Privacy Windows

- Security System

Most of their skyboxes now include a texture changer so that you can change the walls, floor and ceiling. This allows you to create your own special “look” for your skybox.

Residents can “set home to here” and place their own objects after being invited to join the Sierra Rentals group. If you are sharing your skybox with others, you may request for them to be added to the group as well.

~ RENT ~

Rent skyboxes with extra prims starting from 325L (110 prims) until is $695L/week (220 prims) (there are another skibox option, 495 Linden and 40 extra prim for you). Not really cheap, but the skyboxes are well furnished. If you pre-pay for four weeks, you will receive a fifth week for free. Rent is paid to the box just outside the door to your unit.

~ PUBLIC BEACH~

As a member of Sierra rentals community, you and your friends are invited to use their public beach which is located at ground level below our rental office. Simply use the Teleporter in the office, select Beach and click the beam to TP down.

The Second Life Sierra Rentals public beach is adjacent to 12 Linden water sims which provides plenty of space for your favorite water sports! Use the map function to see where these water sims are located. These Linden sims are free for all Second Life members to use, but the location of our property makes them very convenient to access.

You are welcome to use the jet skis near the dock. When you are finished, click “stand up” and the jet ski will automatically be returned (even from a different sim). You can also rez your own water vehicles as long as you activate your Sierra Sky Resident group tag. You must clean up your objects when you are done with them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Well you get answers to your questions, but not instantly.

BAD:

After your rental period is ends, you must RESIGNE IT!

If you dont do it, then you remain as virtual rental owner and you start to receive messages like:

You are now 1 day behind on your rental payments, You are now 2 days behind on your rental payments...etc.

Finally, you will be ejected from Sierra rentals (?)

A client need a better style, do you agree?
